I dont usually wear glasses, I wear contacts ALL the time, the metal nose pad style I own were making my headaches worse, so I bought these to give this style of nose rest a try and way more comfortable, they dont make my headaches worse, so I can wear these for a longer period of time and be able to give my contacts a break, very lightweight and sturdy, highly recommend.
