Amazingly cool + cheap

I keep expecting it to fall apart or for the lenses to pop out, which is why, at $9 a pair, I bought two, the other with nothing lenses as a back up. I don't think I'll need them. Sturdy and cool, no-nonsense, black matte, no-frills frames. My lenses? Fabulous, and hugely discounted. I'm sold.

hip, beat, old school, unfancy, bare-bones

These are great cheap glasses. My strategy is buy two, load them up with the most expensive excellent lenses I can afford, and if I sit on the frames or they tire after several months, just pop out the lenses and fit them into the spare pair, with cheap reading enhancement lenses in the meantime. They're absolutely cool in their stripped down elegance.
