Very happy wearing what was always my go to sunglasses as everyday glasses. Both adult daughters immediately reacted positively. To find the best fit for your glasses, first you should look for the perfect <highlight>frame width</highlight>.

A frame that’s slightly wider than your face is a good place to start — no more than a finger width between the temple and your face is a good rule of thumb.

If you’ve already got a pair of glasses that fit, measure <highlight>from screw to screw</highlight> on the face front for a good idea of the frame width.

You’ll also sometimes see other measurements on the temple (arm) of your glasses.
