Glasses are Better than in picture love them

I love my glasses I ordered a pair through lens alter and one through eye buy direct the glasses from lens alter made my glasses incorrect and resent it and the same wrong prescription now I can’t get refund and no glasses however i ordered from eye buy direct same prescription and they are correct and perfect .
