Excellent frames, very light and comfortable. I purchased 2 pairs, one as regular, clear reading glasses, and a 2nd pair as sunglasses. Absolutely love the look and feel of these eyeglasses. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with my eyeglasses purchase. My wife loves these South frames, and so do I. Even with my strong prescription, they turned out great and they feel much lighter than my other pair. They are so minimal -- and it's not easy to find rectangular glasses at other retailers. Very satisfied with the price, value, and quality. I will defintely buy from EyeBuyDirect again.

Since the Precambrian Era, when the Earth was still hot, I would walk into Eye Glass stores and get talked out of the frames I want by either loved ones or by the sales help.Of course, I was much younger then and had hair and face fuzz, Now I am a well-seasoned giant old fart with features that look like an old peice of wood with gray porcupine quills on my face. While this look won't score points with the ladies anymore, it does lend itself to the minimalistic look of the South Gunmetal frames, sort of a Santa Clause thing, if you will. Now the question is will they hold up under the rigors of an older person who knows how to take care of them. We'll see (Pun intended!).
