Lunettes De Vue Emotion

These glasses ended up being a bit of a disappointment. They’re OK, but one of my least favourite of the pairs I recently purchased. Couple things to note — you have no option other than to get the 1.6 hi-index for these frames with the blue light coating, so they are pricier than others and I don’t personally feel they are worth the extra $. These frame are VERY BIG (beware), but light in comparison to others. The nose pads are metal, which is a first for me. They seem fine for comfort, but being made of metal means they are much more visible and prominent. They also have filigree around the lenses, which I could have done without. Gold is VERY light — more of a champagne gold colour.

It was difficult to find glasses that do not press on my temples and does not make my face look too big. Highly recommend for people with wide face. The customer service was supportive to help me find the glasses that really fit and comfortable. I hope that there are more choices for people with wide faces.

I love these frames so much, I love the size and style. It would be nice to see these in a more "true gold" colour, but the pale gold is still nice.
